Jennifer Hwang

General Manager , IBM Taiwan Corporation

Jennifer Hwang was appointed to General Manager of IBM Taiwan effective July 16, 2012. She is accountable for IBM’s operation in Taiwan.

Ms. Hwang began her career with IBM in 1989 as a client representative in Finance Service Sector and named as sales manager in 1995. Since then she has held a series of leadership positions in IBM including Taiwan General Business Sector finance industry leader in 1997, Executive Assistant to IBM Greater China Group Chairman and CEO in 1999.

Ms. Hwang served as Director of General Business Sector in 1999, and in recognition of her leadership, Ms. Hwang was honored with Greater China Group GM Award.

In prior leadership roles, Ms. Hwang served as Asia Pacific Marketing Director of General Business in 2005 and Human Resource Executive of IBM Taiwan in 2007.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Hwang was responsible for the Human Resources and Business Strategy Transformation for a local enterprise since August 2008.

She holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Science from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan.
